A look behind the scenes

With this offer for groups, you can look behind the scenes of our winter operations. As a highlight, participants can drive one of our ultra-modern snow groomers themselves.

If you stand in the valley in the evening and look up to the ski area, they look like fireflies dancing through the black night: The snow groomers that prepare the slopes for our guests. Perfectyl. Every evening anew, throughout the season, in good and bad weather. But this is by far not all the exciting things that go on every day of our winter operations without our guests noticing much of it.

Here, on the Olympic and World Cup mountain in St. Moritz, over 150 kilometres of slopes are maintained each winter season. With this offer we let groups get an exclusive look behind the scenes. You will learn all kinds of interesting facts about snow production, slope preparation and the garage of the Nair-Corviglia chairlift. You will also visit the workshop and take a close look at the pumping station and the drive of the Celerina-Marguns gondola lift. And for many participants, of course, the opportunity to drive a snow gromer themselves on a specially designed course is the ultimate highlight of the day!
