This section is about your rights regarding information, correction, transmission and deletion of personal data that the Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG stores and processes about you.
For the different branches of the company, the data is stored independently, depending on necessity and requirement.

Personal data is:

General personal details

First name, surname, date of birth/age, address, phone number, photo, interests/preferences, self-provided information (local, marital status etc.)

Identifiers

Keycard and Skipass Number

Online data

IP address, MAC address, location information, Google Analytics

Client data

Ticket purchases, Ticket usage, hotel bookings, reservations, purchases in giftvoucher shop

Assessment documentation

Job references, certificates


Your rights are:

1. Information about processing and storage of personal data
You have the right, at any time, to request information from us about what personal data WAG stores and processes in relation to you. We provide this information electronically by email.
To get this information, please do as follows:

  1. Write an E-Mail to marketing@mountains.ch with the subject: ‘Information about my personal data’
  2. Tell us your surname, first name and any email addresses that might be registered with us. Often, for example, people register for the Mountains Newsletter with an email address different to the one they use for their personal Mountains Account. When you share all of your email addresses with us, we can ensure that we supply you with all information.
  3. Please tell us any additional details, for example if you have stayed in a Mountains Hotel (ALL IN ONE HOTEL INNLODGE, Romantikhotel Muottas Muragl, Hostel Pitsch). This makes it easier for us to look for your data and means we can give you the information more quickly.
  4. Our support team will then report back to you and consolidate your data with our system coordinators so that we can give you the information.

2. Rectification of personal data
You have the option at any time to request the rectification of your personal data.
To rectify your data, please do as follows:

  1. Write an E-Mail to marketing@mountains.ch with the subject: ‘Rectification of personal data’. If you already have an open ticket with our support team regarding your data, please continue replying to the emails from our colleagues there.
  2. Let us know what data of yours is incorrect or old and what we should replace it with.
  3. Please tell us where you believe the old data appears, for example in the LAAX newsletter. This makes it easier for us to rectify the data and means we can act more quickly.

3. Erasure of personal data

You have the option at any time to request the complete or partial erasure of your personal data.

  1. Write an E-Mail to marketing@mountains.ch with the subject: ‘Erasure of personal data’. If you already have an open ticket with our support team regarding your data, please continue replying to the emails from our colleagues there.
  2. Please tell us as precisely as possible what personal data you would like to have erased.
  3. It helps us greatly when you tell us the service/system from which you would like to have it erased. For example, ‘Please delete my data from the Newsletter list’, ‘Please delete my phone number from the Hotel Booking at Romantikhotel Muottas Muragl’ or ‘Please delete all data of mine that is stored at Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG’.
