General Terms and Conditions Engadin St. Moritz Mountain Pool

 

  • The Piz Engiadina Card is available to persons who are liable to pay tax on their income from work or who have a permanent place of residence in the municipalities of the Maloja, Bernina, Engiadina Bassa region (only the municipalities of Susch, Zernez with Brail and Lavin).
  • Holders of weekly residence permits with Swiss domicile are not entitled to purchase a Piz Engiadina Card for locals.

Up to the day before their 13th or 18th birthday, our young locals may still purchase the 3-year cards at the lower rate (children or youths).

Our family card also applies to the Piz Engiadina Card for local residents. The reduction also applies to the 3-year passes.

The following rates and reductions apply:

  • One or both parents pay the official rate.
  • The oldest child up to 17 years pays the normal child or youth rate.
  • The second child up to 17 years of age receives a 30% discount on the child or youth fare.
  • Each additional child up to 17 years of age travels free of charge.

Proof required: To purchase the Family Card, you must show your family ID card or identity card at the ticket office. You can also fill in this form and have it certified by your local authority of residence.

Valid on annual passes and 3-year passes that have the same period of validity.

  • Confirmation of residence or red pass for the purchase of local tickets with annually renewed certificate of residence issued by the municipality of residence.
  • Voting card, foreigner's identity card (B, C, G, L), current passport photo and Engadin Card data carrier (if available)
  • Persons with a foreigner's identity card, on which the place of residence is not shown, must show the red identity card in order to obtain local tickets.

The municipalities of Celerina, St. Moritz and Samedan support the purchase of an annual pass. Pre-sale discounts are available to local residents who have been resident and tax domiciled in the respective municipality for at least one year.

 

CONCESSIONS THROUGH ENGADIN ST. MORITZ MOUNTAINS AG
  • Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG grant, based on the building lease agreements, in addition to the municipalities of St. Moritz and Celerina, discounts for locals from these municipalities: Adults CHF 50, young people CHF 50, children CHF 20.
  • These discounts will be deducted directly from the purchase price and are already included in the prices listed below.

 

CELERINA
  • Adults pay CHF 601 for the annual pass
  • Young people pay CHF 200 for the annual pass
  • Children pay CHF 100 for the Annual Pass
  • The reductions are deducted directly at the time of purchase.
 
ST. MORITZ
  • Adults aged 20 and over pay CHF 601 for the Annual Pass
  • Adults between 18 and 20 years pay CHF 300 for the Annual Pass
  • Young people pay CHF 200 for the Annual Pass
  • Children pay CHF 100 for the Annual Pass
  • The reductions are deducted directly at the time of purchase.
 
SAMEDAN
  • The municipality of Samedan grants a 10% discount.
  • The contribution is deducted directly at the time of purchase.
  • It is worthwhile for families to redeem the family card of the Upper Engadine mountain railways.

 

Winter

  • All open lifts of the Engadin St. Moritz Mountain Pool according to timetable (incl. evening rides on Muottas Muragl).
  • Validity public transport: Maloja-Cinuos-chel / Brail, Samedan-Pontresina, St. Moritz-Alp Grüm, Bever-Spinas. The Piz Engiadina Card is valid for bus and RhB 2nd class from the place of residence to the mountain railway valley station - only when practising skiing and snowboarding in the Upper Engadine, for tobogganing, winter hiking and snowshoe walking on Muottas Muragl, snow school walking on Corvatsch and Furtschellas as well as paragliding on Muottas Muragl, Corviglia and Corvatsch. The Piz Engiadina Card is not valid for cross-country skiing, sledging in Preda-Bergün, work, school, shopping, visits, etc. It is valid until 7 pm. 
  • 50% Special (50% on 1 to 14 days): Kitzbühel, Livigno, Bormio, S. Caterina, Valfurva, S. Colombano, Scuol, Samnaun, Val Müstair, Casaccia in Bergell, Bivio, Bergün, Spindlermühle (CZ), Atzmännig.

Summer

  • All open facilities of the Engadin St. Moritz Mountain Pool according to the timetable (incl. evening rides on Muottas Muragl).
  • The Piz Engiadina Card is not valid on buses and trains in spring/summer/autumn
  • 50% discount on official mountain railway fares during summer operating times in Scuol and Samnaun
