Programs for Schools
A ski camp for schoolchildren and teenagers must be organized by one of the authorized institutions listed below:
- public and private schools
- Apprenticeship and Vocational Schools
- Cantonal Schools
- Children's Homes
- J+S Groups
The trip takes place in closed groups and is led by at least one responsible leader (teacher, physical education teacher, tour leader, etc.) who is 16 years of age or older. A “school camp” is defined as a group that purchases tickets of the same type and duration and has made long-term arrangements in advance.
Minimum number of participants: 20 paying students. Reduced-rate instructor passes and instructors with discounted passes (GA/Half-Fare for ski and snowboard instructors, etc.) do not count.
Offer for a Snow Sports Camp
Many young people have never had the opportunity to ski or snowboard and experience the wonderful winter mountain scenery firsthand. School snow sports camps provide the ideal setting for this. Swiss Cableways therefore wants to encourage schools to start organizing such camps for their students.
In collaboration with the mountain railways and local partners, and with support from SECO’s Innotour funding program, Swiss Cableways is able to offer schools heavily discounted packages for snow sports camps.
Group Offer
Groups of ten or more receive a 10% discount on the ticket price, which is automatically applied in the online Experience Shop.
Please note that the discount applies only to identical tickets that are valid for the same period and are all picked up by the same person.
