Based on the name, the coffee seems to have its origins in Lucerne, although Lucerne residents know this drink much more often under the name Kafi Träsch. Träsch, on the other hand, is the Swiss name for a schnapps made from pome fruit. It is therefore also assumed that the name “Kafi Luz” comes from the name of the devil Lucifer.

The Delamain XO is a premium cognac from Grande Champagne. The name "Pale & Dry" was chosen because this cognac is lighter than other cognacs, has not been colored and is bottled without sweeteners, 40% vol.
CHF 22.50
In 1762, Isaac Ranson, James Delamain's father-in-law, took him into his venerable cognac company, which was renamed Delamain & Ranson. The focus was on the good business with the British and their aristocratic taste. The Cognac house, which has only been known as Delamain since 1920, is like no other. They source the cognacs from Grande Champagne wine distillers and store them in Jarnac for at least 25 years. During the entire maturation period, the cognacs are stored exclusively in old barrels that hardly give off any color or tannin, which gives them the light color so valued by the British and the elegant dryness that English wine journalists like to compare with the best Bordeaux, 40% vol.
