Based on the name, the coffee seems to have its origins in Lucerne, although Lucerne residents know this drink much more often under the name Kafi Träsch. Träsch, on the other hand, is the Swiss name for a schnapps made from pome fruit. It is therefore also assumed that the name “Kafi Luz” comes from the name of the devil Lucifer.

Ski water – the pink cult drink from the Alps – is as simple as it is ingenious. It has been a part of ski holidays for decades. Whether we call it “ski water” or, like the Austrians, “ski water”, it is and remains the number one thirst quencher on the slopes. The taste of raspberry and lemon simply suits every season.
