Judging by the name, the coffee seems to have its origins in Lucerne, although the people of Lucerne know this drink much more often under the name Kafi Träsch. Träsch, on the other hand, is the Swiss name for a schnapps made from pomaceous fruit. It is therefore also assumed that the name "Kafi Luz" can be traced back to the name of the devil Lucifer.

Basically, Mirabeau Dry Gin is a classic London (Dry) Gin. And yet everything is a little different here. It owes its soft and delicately fruity palate to the 100% grape alcohol that we use as the base alcohol. Lemons and coriander give it the fine citrus freshness, orris roots and angelica slightly floral and earthy notes, underlined with the floral hints of the only sparingly added blossoms of roses, jasmine and lavender. Laurel, thyme and rosemary complete the range of aromas with typical Provençal herbal notes.
