Look forward to a delicious buffet featuring regional specialities made from Margunser Alpschweine pork. From crispy Schnörrli to spicy blood and liver sausages to fine Öhrli and Schwänzli, there is something for every lover of traditional Metzgeta delicacies.

Immerse yourself in the autumnal delights of Engadin cuisine: the traditional Metzgeta on Marguns offers a culinary experience in a cosy atmosphere. Whether alone, with friends or family, enjoy the specialities of Marguns Alpine pigs and spend an extraordinary day full of enjoyment and entertainment. Cheerful music and a convivial atmosphere are also guaranteed.

Participation is free of charge. Food and drinks will be charged separately on site.

Procedure

All participants arrive individually and start the day with a rich starter buffet. This is followed by an all-you-can-eat main course buffet, followed by a varied dessert buffet. Musical entertainment is provided, so you can also dance. Enjoy a convivial day with good food, fine wine and pleasant company – whether with new acquaintances or old friends.


Important information

All participants must organise their own mountain railway tickets. The Metzgeta takes place on Marguns and can be held both indoors and outdoors in good weather. The number of participants is therefore unlimited. However, if the event has to be held indoors due to the weather, space is limited, which means that the number of participants may be restricted.
