According to the name, the coffee seems to have its origin in Lucerne, although the Lucerne people know this drink much more often under the name Kafi Träsch. Träsch, on the other hand, is the Swiss name for a schnapps made from pome fruit. It is therefore also assumed that the name "Kafi Luz" can be traced back to the name of the devil Lucifer.

according to home recipe How healthy is ginger? - Ingredients Ginger contains essential oils and gingerol, which gives it its spiciness. The small tuber also contains digestive and circulation-stimulating substances such as borneol and cineole . Vitamin C , iron , magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and sodium are also included. Ginger is not only a delicious food, but also a healing agent. Although ginger was voted medicinal plant of the year in 2018, its effects have not been well researched. Because medicinal plants have always been neglected in science. That's why there are only a few studies that prove the effects of ginger. Nevertheless, ginger is a power root.
